摘要: Abstract Eu 0.5 Y 9.5 W 2 O 21 strong red emission phosphors were synthesized via a conventional solid-state reaction method with environmentally friendly tungstate flux (M WO 4 , M=Li, Na, K). The growth process of the was studied using X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and thermogravimetry/differential thermal analysis. photoluminescence properties, including excitation spectra stability, also investigated. experimental results indicate that particle size morphology depend on type content flux. luminescence intensities effectively enhanced by show are very suitable for use in near-ultraviolet light-emitting diode (LED) chips (392 nm) blue LED (465 nm).
