摘要: An important goal for improved diagnosis and management of infectious disease is the development rapid accurate technologies decentralized detection bacterial pathogens. Most current clinical methods that identify strains require time-consuming culture sample or procedures involving polymerase chain reaction.(1-3) Neither these approaches has enabled testing at point-of-need because requirement skilled technicians laboratory facilities.
