摘要: Summary A multi-phase, multi-zone mathematical model is developed to describe the dynamic operation of an industrial high-pressure flash separator for a ternary (Ethylene–Vinyl acetate–EVA) system. The proposed description can take into account complex gas carry-under and liquid droplets carry-over phenomena occurring during non-equilibrium separator. Numerical simulations have been carried out determine effect operating conditions on separation efficiency HPS unit in series with scale EVA autoclave. capable simulating industrial-scale over wide range copolymer grades.
