摘要: The establishment of patterns for the evaluation canola physiological seed quality is extremely useful obtaining a good stand in field. Thus, with objective comparing efficiency different tests and to verify their relationships seedling emergence field, four lots were evaluated by standard germination test, first count germination, electrical conductivity, accelerated aging, modified cold on sand seedbed, speed seedbed emergence-index sand, weight thousand seeds health test. Among carried out laboratory, test counting conductivity aging are considered most efficient differentiate field performance lots. not suitable evaluate quality.
