摘要: Purpose – Two main types of models are used worldwide in consideration the impact Information Communication Technology (ICT) processes construction: capability maturity (CMM) and e‐readiness models. The purpose this paper is to review structure behind different models, their applicability construction indicate how organisations move between levels a CMM.Design/methodology/approach This study investigates literature eight 53 CMMs.Findings findings 88 per cent maturity‐based CMM linked five levels, with remainder using four.
