摘要: Thrombosis is a major concern in blood-coated medical devices. Contact activation, which the initial part of coagulation cascade device-related thrombosis, not considered current thrombus formation models. In present study, pro-coagulant reactions including contact activation system are coupled with fluid solver order to evaluate potential initiate thrombin production.
