摘要: A review of literature on the effects aftercare in treatment alcoholism reveals mixed results, with some studies showing positive and no effects. However, few controlled for bias process selection into aftercare, many reveal significant difficulties engaging patients aftercare. The relapse prevention model is reviewed as a potentially powerful tool use worksite reentry alcoholics shows generally correlation between employment recovery, but does not produce unambiguous findings regarding direction relationship. nontraditional, proactive approach to proposed, based other types health problems that show improved results this approach. It argued most appropriate place locate services employed alcoholics, particularly worksites employee assistance programs. further research needed guide development these services.
