摘要: The AGT conjecture is a natural identification between certain information-rich objects in 4d N = 2 supersymmetric gauge theories and Liouville conformal field theory. Though relatively easy to state, it rests upon host of concepts computational techniques developed over the span 25 years, many which were only recently uncovered. This thesis consists two parts. first half written for seasoned researcher who wishes review essential concepts, understand statement conjecture, observe how proof simple but non-trivial subcase performed. second curious student: number appendices dedicated explaining greater detail topological appearing history proving groupand representation-theoretic statements whose conclusions are frequently used literature proofs appear rarely, introducing rarely-studied critically important matter representation: trifundamental.
