摘要: Purpose The aim of this study was to present a summary the results obtained in PAQUID regarding wine consumption, fish and seafood consumption vitamin A E plasma concentrations. Methods This carried out from (Personnes Agees QUID) cohort, an epidemiological on cognitive functional aging after 65 years Southwestern France. relationship between nutritional factors risk incident dementia measured using logistic regression or Cox proportional hazards models different subsamples cohort. Results Among 2950 initially non-demented subjects, moderate drinkers had decreased relative developing subsequent 8 (RR=0.56) compared non-drinkers. In sub-sample 1416 those who ate at least once week significant reduced adjusted for age sex (RR=0.66). Lastly, nested casecontrol performed among 182 subjects. Adjusted confounders, significantly increased lowest concentration highest one (OR=2.54). Discussion These are agreement with possible protective role diet rich poly-unsaturated fats antioxidant components. However, confounding such as education lifestyle may be involved should further explored.
