摘要: A new method is described for measuring the wavelength of peak intensity x-ray tubes. This employs known absorption data and gives an independent check on crystal spectrometer measurements. For a tungsten target tube, measured values were: 50.0 kv spectrum at 0.337 A, 45.5 0.367 39.8, 0.416 33.5 0.478 A.An important companion result variation with tube potential, constant wavelengths shorter than wavelengths, spectra corresponding to potentials between 30 70 kv.
