摘要: This technical report documents the calibration and validation of baseline (2008) mesoscopic model for I-394 Minneapolis, Minnesota, Pioneer Site. DynusT was selected as analyzing operating conditions in corridor study area, provides details on network development, traffic flow calibration, origin-destination (OD) demand validation. In addition, a modeling methodology simulation transit, well results sensitivity analysis, utilizing information from known incident, undertaken to verify ability validated replicate incident scenarios. summary, replicated 2008 evidenced by comparisons observed modeled volumes, travel times, speed contours I-394.
