摘要: Background: In human, mast cells (MCs) are classified according to their proteases’ content into tryptase-containing (MCT) and tryptase chymase-containing (MCTC). addition phenotypic differences in MC subtypes, there is also functional distributional heterogeneity. The present study was carried out determine the physiological distribution of different components human ovary age groups. Mast cell sorting proteases attempted with special emphasis on possible mechanism effects ovarian functions. Material methods: Archival blocks tissue from females ranging 16 75 years were used. specimens divided reproductive- postmenopausal-age Histological using haematoxylin eosin as well Masson trichrome staining performed. Immunostaining monoclonal antibodies against chymase out. Morphometric measurements form count per high power field optical density positively immuno-stained measurement area cent done. Obtained data statistically analyzed for significance student's T- test. Results: MCs mainly found deep cortical stroma vicinity blood vessels. Occasionally, few corpora lutea. There no immunostained walls follicles, albicans or periphery stroma. Statistical analysis revealed that number MCT significantly higher than MCTC reproductive-age group comparison group. demonstrated presence significant more degranulated collagen Conclusion: subtypes follow specific pattern within groups which has an impact functions many pathological situations.
