摘要: Abstract A numerical distributed transport model, is described which was used to simulate nitrate concentrations in groundwater. The model takes into account the input from soil zone and movement of unsaturated saturated zones. developed for an area 600 km 2 Cretaceous Chalk, near Cambridge, England. terms geology, hydrogeology, land use agricultural practice. Chalk aquifer represented by rectangular cells are divided upper lower layer represent zone. procedure adopted calculate outlined. simplified equation delay pass through Nitrate groundwater were determined using a mass-balance approach. results simulation mode forecast presented discussed. sensitivity examined.
