摘要: Abstract The distribution function which given by Grad cannot be used to describe the ionospheric ion velocity due larger anisotropic temperature appears in high-latitude ionosphere. In this article, based on Boltzmann equation, relaxation collision model (RCM) was substitute integration, and a non-Maxwell with 16-moments approximation for bi-Maxwell given, transport equation also derived solved. Moreover, distribution, solution of incoherent scattering spectra 13-moments were simulated, analyzed compared. research shows that compared approximation, is more suitable characteristics
