摘要: This paper presents a novel zero-voltage switching (ZVS) approach to grid-connected single-stage flyback inverter. The soft-switching of the primary switch is achieved by allowing negative current from grid side through bidirectional switches placed on secondary transformer. Basically, discharges metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor's output capacitor, thereby turn under zero voltage. To optimize amount reactive required achieve ZVS, variable-frequency control scheme implemented over line cycle. In addition, transformer have ZVS during turn- times.
