摘要: Transport and distribution patterns of manganese were studied in soybeans (cultivars Lee Bragg) grown over a wide range supply levels solution culture. Increasing the from 1.8 ¦M to 450 .¦M produced symptoms toxicity reduced growth both cultivars. Symptoms dry matter yield reductions more severe Bragg. Manganese taken up by plant was preferentially transported young expanding tissue, while amount moving older including cotyledons, increased with availability. At high leaves accumulated higher concentrations age, resulting decreasing concentration gradient between old leaves. There no difference Bragg parts or actively growing tissue. deficiency developed on cultivars under limiting conditions. Partial mobility element indicated: small amounts translocated when deficient. Nevertheless, considerable remained appeared have low plant's limited.
