Anomalous Increase of Dielectric Permittivity in Sr-Doped CCTO Ceramics Ca1―xSrxCu3Ti4O12 (0≤x≤0.2)

摘要: Partial substitution of Ca with Sr in high permittivity Ca1−xSrxCu3Ti4O12 ceramics can lead to an anomalous increase intrinsic bulk dielectric permittivity. The similar electron configuration and excludes electronic structure variations as a source this increase, thus alternative mechanism must exist.
