摘要: In this paper we model employment and poverty states as a discrete first-order Markov process, taking into account the endogeneity of schooling initial states. Using model, asses impact different policies on dynamics by ex-post microsimulation. Each policy evaluated in can be considered an exemplar one competing paradigms guiding social policy: traditional welfare state, active state knowledge-based society.
