摘要: Abstract In high temperature processes like incineration, gasification or pyrolysis of biomass and waste, the long-term stable filtration performance is drastically reduced due to a significant fraction sticky particulates. Especially in these processes, fly ashes can already soften at temperatures below 400 °C. consequence, filter clogging enhanced regeneration hindered. For evaluation for adjustment recleaning parameters, analysis temperature-dependent adhesion characteristics dusts essential. Conventional shear cells, however, usually require precompressing samples will be operated intermittent one per sample. A continuous measurement highly porous not possible. Therefore, rotational rheometer was developed, which permits – range up 1300 °C conclusions on height effective adhesive forces. Continuously measured variable torque slowly rotating stirrer, results from relocation displacement particles and/or agglomerates non-compacted powder correlates directly with current characteristics. On basis model advantages possibilities measuring method are pointed out apparatus- as well material-related relevant parameters discussed.
