摘要: Abstract Six variants that form plaques in chick embryo cells the absence of trypsin have been isolated from apathogenic avian influenza virus A/chick/Pennsylvania/l/83 (H5N2). Unlike wild-type, plaque contain a hemagglutinin is cleaved and MDCK cells. The differ also wild-type their pathogenicity for chickens. Nucleotide sequence oligosaccharide analysis revealed that, unlike natural isolates with increased ( Y. Kawaoka et al., 1984, Virology 139, 303–316 ; R. G. Webster, 1985, 146, 130–137 ), obtained vitro retained an at asparagine 11 believed to interfere cleavage site wild-type. However, all showed mutations resulting number basic groups site. These observations demonstrate masking by overcome enhancement charge
