摘要: Fatty acid profiles were prepared for a range of strains representing all 14 Xanthomonas campestris pathovars from the Gramineae. Profiles complex, containing up to 40 acids, most which iso- and anteiso-branched acids. Grouping profile types generally correlated with pathovar, although pvs translucens, hordei, cerealis, secalis undulosa could not be differentiated. Pvs graminis, arrhenatheri, poae phlei formed another type there some differences between pathovars. These graminis translucens groups had similar but usually differentiated by ratios 15:0 iso/16:0 iso iso/15:0 anteiso fatty methyl esters. The other each very different type. oryzae oryzicola others. Pv. vasculorum comprised at least two distinct types. This did correlate host species or geographic distribution. profiling can used identify X.
