摘要: Disclosed is a photometer that employs high dynamic range (HDR) image processing and manipulation algorithms for capturing measuring real-time sky conditions into control input signals to building's automated fenestration (AF) system, daylight harvesting (DH) system HVAC system. The comprises color camera fitted fish-eye lens capture 360-degree, hemispherical, low (LDR) images of the sky. Both are housed in sealed enclosure protecting them from environmental elements conditions. In some embodiments processes controlled implemented by back-end computer.
