摘要: The invention proposes using liquefied carbon dioxide as a separation agent for flotation and/or sedimentation separation, which is particularly suitable separating foodstuff mixtures such meat components, because it can be maintained in liquid phase at the freezing point of water and inert with respect to many substances mixture. By controlling pressure temperature values about 26 bar -14° C., density adjusted correspond that so containing mixture readily separated.
