摘要: CE is known for being one of the most powerful analytical techniques when performing enantioseparations due to its numerous advantages such as excellent separation efficiency and extremely low solvents reagents consumption, all them derived from capillary small dimensions. Moreover, it worth highlighting that unlike in chromatographic techniques, chiral selector generally within medium instead attached column which makes method optimization a more versatile task. Despite advantages, using UV-Vis detection, lacks sensitivity detection short optical path length narrow capillary. This issue can be overcome by means different approaches, either sample treatment procedures or in-capillary preconcentration even employing systems sensitive than UV-Vis, LIF MS. The present review assembles latest contributions regarding improvements published June 2013 until May 2015, follows works included previous reported Sanchez-Hernandez et al.
