摘要: Organic-inorganic halides based perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have attracted a great deal of attention from the photovoltaic (PV) research community due to extremely rapid increases in efficiencies observed over past few years. The PSC is an extension dye-sensitised and has reached energy conversion efficiency 19.3% by mid-2014. However, PSCs do some disadvantages such as use expensive metal electrodes, high temperature required during production poor stability when use. There no doubt that with carbon nanomaterials will play important role understanding solving issues currently PSCs, they consistently been shown improve performance wide range related applications. present review (i) provides brief introduction development; (ii) highlights notable achievements PSCs; (iii) particularly focuses on nanocarbon mesoscopic (iv) predicts suggests roadmap for future application materials this emerging technology.
