摘要: This study aimed to evaluate whether functional variants in the ankyrin repeat and kinase domain-containing 1 gene (ANKK1) and/or dopamine receptor D2 (DRD2) modulate subjective effects (reward or non-reward response a stimulus) produced by cocaine administration. Cocaine-dependent participants (N = 47) were administered 40 mg of placebo at time 0, questionnaire (visual analog scale) was 15 minutes prior administration, 5, 10,15, 20 following The influence polymorphisms ANKK1 DRD2 genes on experience laboratory tested. Participants with T allele rs1800497 experienced greater ‘high’ (p 0.00006), ‘any drug effect’ 0.0003), ‘like’ 0.0004) relative CC genotype group. Although variant shown be associated effects, LD analysis revealed this association driven variant. A participant’s may identify individuals who are likely positive exposure, including ‘like’, these have increased vulnerability continue using they risk relapse during periods abstinence. However, results preliminary replication is necessary confirm findings.
