摘要: A double blind, randomised, crossover trial of oral micronised progesterone (two months) and placebo was conducted to determine whether alleviated premenstrual complaints. Twenty three women were interviewed premenstrually before treatment in each month treatment. They completed Moos's menstrual distress questionnaire, Beck et al's depression inventory, Spielberger state anxiety the mood adjective checklist, a daily symptom record. Analyses data found an overall beneficial effect being treated for all variables except restlessness, positive moods, interest sex. Maximum improvement occurred first with progesterone. Nevertheless, appreciably over some physical symptoms identifiable after both one two months Further studies are needed optimum duration
