摘要: Hydrophobic α(1→4)glucopyranose polymers with enhanced degradation properties are described. Between the polymeric portion and hydrophobic exists a linker having silyl ether chemistry that facilitates of polymer. Biodegradable matrices can be formed from these polymers, used for preparation implantable injectable medical devices wherein matrix is capable degrading in vivo at an increased rate.
