摘要: Compositions and methods are provided for the in vitro amplification of nucleic acid and, particular, extrachromosomal molecules having a molecular weight one kilobase or greater. The design use primers, low ionic strength buffer, co-solvent containing combined polymerization/ligation reaction buffers described this regard.
