摘要: Abnormal activation of signal transducer and activator transcription 3 (STAT3) was reported in some leukemia, inhibition STAT3 can be the strategy for leukemia treatment clinic. In this study, we tested anti-tumor effect compound A13, a water-soluble analogue curcumin, vitro vivo. Herein, show that A13 able to reduce viability mastocytoma (P815 cells) reticulum cell sarcoma (A20 as measured by MTS assay. This accompanied marked increase proportion apoptotic cells flow cytometry. Furthermore, Western blot analysis suggested anti-leukemia realized via inhibition. addition, systemic with A20-bearing mice 60 days resulted significant improvement survival rate reduction liver metastasis. summary, our data could effectively applied acute inhibiting signaling pathway.
