摘要: Two novel New Delhi metallo-β-lactamase-1 (NDM-1)-positive plasmids containing a complete composite transposon, Tn125, from two respective Acinetobacter towneri isolates were characterized. Plasmid pNDM-GJ01 (30,293 bp) isolated A. G165 did not show homology to any known plasmid structure, except for the transposon Tn125 bla NDM-1. A repB gene and XRE-type transcriptional regulators found in pNDM-GJ01. pNDM-GJ02 (62,011 bp) G295 showed highest pBJAB0715 (41% coverage, 99% nucleotide identity). In addition NDM-1-harbouring also had an IS26-composite which contains ISCR1 class 1 integrons carrying different cassette arrays. Both clinical highly resistant β-lactams susceptible tigecycline colistin. Ten other resistance genes detected G295, one was G165. No transconjugant obtained of donors by broth filter mating. The emergence these NDM-1 spp., pNDM-GJ02, suggests mobile integration.
