摘要: A system and method is disclosed for in-field communication connectivity verification reporting between centralized on-line centers, a number of subscribing stations. The substations each have associated therewith an product controlled by software which requires periodic upgrading, maintenance, service, general monitoring. includes computer program data signal embodied in carrier wave carrying out the process, submitting customer data, user selected mode notification completion electronically to center, turn creates configuration module based on submitted data. then transmitted station center. loaded into allow future communications center station. automatically confirms automatic communications. output report that connection configuration. can include status sent notification, email notice, voice mail and/or pager notice. Additionally, problem/solution database queried if problem encountered also possible solution encounter.
