摘要: The invention discloses a process for treating inferior heavy oil and residual comprising the following steps: loading petroleum residue into solvent extraction apparatus, charging obtained deasphalted fixed bed hydrotreatment, entering tail catalytic cracking device, part or total slurry de-oiled asphalt floating hydrogenation unit, separating outcome yield to obtain lightweight fraction untransformed oil, which is circulated device.
