摘要: A method for continuously determining the water and fat content of a material such as butter which involves instantaneous measurements density substance, well either dielectric constant or radiative backscatter intensity. Signals representing these non-destructive are fed to computer compared with values same parameters were previously measured by laboratory destructive tests. The comparison permits calculation composition specifically content. In case salted material, salt can also be calculated.
