摘要: Disclosed is a method for determining forward data rate and transmission power level in mobile communication system. An access terminal measures C/I of pilot channel, determines by matching the measured with reference C/I, creates difference between as margin information, transmits determined information over reverse channel. Upon receipt an network decreases corresponding to performs at decreased level.
