摘要: Abstract A qualitative and quantitative determination of serum immunoglobulins was made in 34 patients (27♀, 7♂) with histologically verified oral lichen planus (OLP). The subjects ranged age from 33 to 80 years 28 the cases had OLP changes atrophic-erosive type. possible presence rheumatoid factors (RF), antinuclear antibodies (ANA) or mitochondrias, renal glomeruli smooth muscles studied 30 patients. investigation also comprised a control group 23 (17♀, 6♂) without mucosal changes. Immunoelectrophoresis showed an abnormal pattern 10 (29%), most common change being polyclonal increase IgG 8 persons. Elevated levels (> 15 g/l) were seen total 9 (26%), but only 1 (4%). mean value significantly higher than group, 13.4 10.3 g/l, respectively. Regarding IgA IgM, no difference noted between groups. Autoantibodies registered 27% 9% controls. immune could be correlated some respect positive fungal cultures, allergies decreased unstimulated saliva, not age, endocrine disorders joint diseases.
