摘要: Twenty-four strains of six Cylindrocladiella spp. were compared with respect to their morphology, nuclear ribosomal DNA (nuclear rDNA) polymorphisms, and restriction fragment length polymorphisms A + T-rich (AT-DNA). Two distinct profiles observed for the ten C. camelliae / peruviana -complex studied. One profile corresponded type strain , which was earlier regarded as a synonym . Based on Southern analyses AT-DNA, parva, elegans lageniformis confirmed be species little intraspecific variation. Although infestans shown have some variation among four studied, they could not clearly distinguished separate taxa. general rDNA AT-DNA seven are recognized.
