摘要: SUMMARY In experiments to assess mental work load the effect of central choice making system being weakest link is demonstrated, using a binary generator. It was found that increasing number choices per minute diminished irregularity rest pattern (Sinus Arrhythmia) without affecting level heart rate. A simple scoring method for use sinus arrhythmia put forward and different tasks are scaled according progressive suppression arrhythmia. Referring showing mechanisms operating as single channel, “method distraction stress” introduced. The deterioration experimental performance by this described compared with caused other sources stress. Finally concepts reserve-capacity “willing-to-spend” capacity discussed.
