摘要: The number of papers on Asperger syndrome (AS) and high-functioning autism (HFA) is growing at a fast pace. At least 140 articles have appeared in the English language over last 14 years. More than two-thirds these were published 5 This chapter aims to review (1) history AS HFA, (2) current diagnostic concepts criteria, (3) some controversial issues pertaining diagnosis, then (4) selectively studies field with view identifying possible unifying/differentiating features two disorders. Finally, there also brief section intervention guidelines based mostly authors’ many years clinical experience individuals HFA/AS.
