摘要: Vitamin-D-Metabolismus Vitamin D wird in der Leber die Speicherform 25-Hydroxy-Vitamin umgewandelt. Die weitere Aktivierung zum Hormon 1,25-Dihydroxy-Vitamin (Kalzitriol) findet streng reguliert Niere statt, kann aber auch lokal Zielorganen erfolgen, z. B. Knochenzellen. Effekte auf Muskel und Knochen zahlen zu den klassischen Vitamin-D-Wirkungen. Kalzitriol wirkt am uber nuklearen Vitamin-D-Rezeptor, daneben nichtgenomische Wege. Es steigert Synthese von Muskelproteinen moduliert Differenzierung Muskelzellen.
