摘要: Abstract A parsimony analysis of 133 sequences the nuclear ribosomal DNA ITS1 + 5.8S + ITS2 region from 71 taxa in Armeria was carried out. The presence additive polymorphic sites (APS; occurring 14 accessions) fits reticulate scenario proposed previous work for explaining ITS pattern variation on a much smaller scale and is based mainly geographical structure data, irrespective taxonomic boundaries. Despite relatively low bootstrap values large polytomies, part which are likely due to disruptive effects reticulation concerted evolution these multicopy sequences, has phylogenetic biogeographic implications. APS detected this study consistent with hypothesized hybridization events, although biased evolution, previously documented genus, needs be invoked specific cases may responsible possible “sink” effect terminals clade. causes same species appearing different clades (here termed transclade) discussed.
