摘要: Pediatric imaging has been at the forefront of radiology innovation since days Roentgen. In past 2 decades, evolving computer technology and sophisticated software algorithms have rapidly advanced how pediatric radiologic examinations are acquired displayed, interpreted communicated, stored retrieved. Cost-effective use this state art requires fundamental knowledge modalities, workstations, informatics that guide in current digital era. Equally important is an understanding clinical applications evidence supporting use. first part review article, after a brief introduction historical overview, technical principles discussed. This followed by for fetal, cardiovascular, central nervous system, neck, thoracic, gastrointestinal, genitourinary, musculoskeletal, virtual-autopsy imaging.
