摘要: The surface properties and wear resistance of dull Zn–Ni coatings are significantly improved by adding additives in the studied DMH-based bath. However, as anti-corrosion coatings, influence on corrosion alloys has not been well investigated. In this study, effect mechanism is investigated XPS technique electrochemical measurements. formation product film also studied. It found that simonkolleite, hydrozincite zinc oxide main products for both bright samples. analysis reveals amount simonkolleite over 64.15% after 3 h immersion, whereas share a more stable increases to above 35.89% 24 exposure. Better observed compared alloys. This behavior could be due smaller grain size hydrophilic during initial stage immersion. After long immersion time, better samples related their increased products. decreases with increasing which associated decreased contact angle (CA). increase porosity time.
