摘要: Abstract This paper presents a modified direct approach for the forward/backward sweep power flow method. Taking advantage of special topological characteristics radial network, an algorithm with linear storage complexity is defined. These features are summarized in incidence matrix, which becomes lower triangular matrix after vertex ordering. new formulation allows to solve systems equations instead explicitly inverting matrices during iterative process, leading computational burden. Therefore, proposed method time and memory-efficient. The results show that improves without any loss accuracy, making it robust efficient
