摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter describes three experiments through which the functional significance of taste buds is described. The first experiment detailed degeneration and regeneration foliate region following section IXth nerve. In second experiment, cells epithelium were labeled with thymidine- 3 H to follow movement into buds. Finally, in third a number area sectioned at right angles their long axis semi-serial more precisely pattern distribution nerves relation cell types. discusses differences between fungiform most distinctive difference that they are supplied by different nerves.
