摘要: Different subtypes of renal cell carcinoma have different genetic features and prognoses. Whether the patterns metastatic spread are is unknown. To assess this, we reviewed time course sites all pathologically confirmed disease in patients who underwent resection primary tumor at Brigham Women's Hospital, Boston, MA, between 1973 1997. In 82 patients, 119 lesions were identified. Compared with clear tumors, papillary tumors more likely to be Fuhrman grade 3 or 4, metastases present resection, involve lymph nodes but not lung. Metastases associated chromophobe developed whom had 2 found only liver. We conclude that develop times sites. The value grading may depend on subtype carcinoma.
