摘要: By taking building structures as systems, the difference between safety margins of a structure and that its element is clarified robustness to resist unexpected disasters discussed. The system concept further used introduce concepts importance levels functionality in structural designability systems then pointed out. local global failure mechanisms under earthquake are summarized, mechanism control method discussed based on designability. For mechanism, desirable seismic performance put forward, at last some practical methods procedures proposed hierarchy system.
