Towards a universal competitive intelligence process model

摘要: Background: Competitive intelligence (CI) provides actionable intelligence, which a competitive edge in enterprises. However, without proper process, it is difficult to develop intelligence. There are disagreements about how the CI process should be structured. For professionals focus on producing and do so with simplicity, they need common model. Objectives: The purpose of this research review current literature CI, look at aims identifying analysing models, finally propose universal Method: study was qualitative nature content analysis conducted all identified sources establishing models. To identify relevant literature, academic databases search engines were used. Moreover, references related studies led more sources, further reviewed analysed. ensure reliability, only peer-reviewed articles Results: findings reveal that majority scholars view as cycle interrelated phases. output one phase input next phase. Conclusion: These phases influenced by following factors: decision makers, structure, organisational awareness culture, feedback.
