摘要: A 50 kDa cell surface protein from MDBK cells has been identified as a putative receptor for bovine viral diarrhea virus (BVDV) by using BVDV specific anti-idiotypic antibody (Anti-D89). This study delineates further characterization of the protein. Protease treatment cultured adversely affected thus abolishing binding anti-D89 to cells. However, pretreatment with either phospholipases or glycosidases did not significantly alter extent binding. Additionally, monolayers proteases decreased attachment and replication in These results suggested that is nature, glycosylation phosphorylation may play direct role The gradually regenerated on when they were maintained culture following protease treatment. purified also inhibited infection plaque reduction assay.
