摘要: Fifty nine cases of high grade and centroblastic-centrocytic (cc) Non Hodgkins Lymphoma (NHL) were investigated for mutations gross gene rearrangements in the 5' region c-MYC gene. Mutations this region, presence hypermutated genes, have been associated with poor prognostic groups. All showed normal organisation on Southern blot analysis indicating absence rearrangements. PCR amplification restriction digest exon 1/intron 1 revealed point 7 cases. No evidence hypermutation was found. relatively more common NHL (6/39) than cc-NHL (1/20). There no correlation disease status at presentation or relapse extranodal disease. The case a mutation subsequently transformed to disease.These data suggest that is rare event does not contribute ...
